Though genetics play a vital role in maintaining your hair , Pollution and many other factors may damage your hair very badly which may leads to hair loss. Proper diet and hair care routine is mandatory for good and healthy hair . Here are some of the tips that experts recommend in order to get a healthy hair .

  1. Wash your hair with Mineral water: as they are rich in minerals experts recommend you to wash your hair at;least once in a day and make sure to use shampoo and conditioner only once in a week

2. Avoid Blow dry: These gadgets are always harmful for your hair and it is strongly recommend to avoid blow dry treatment for your hair. A healthy hair needs natural drying after the wash.

3. Add protein rich diet: Make sure to always add vitamins and minerals that are necessary for your hair. A healthy body needs healthy diet . Hence one should always include cereal, pulses, nuts and fruits to maintain a healthy hair

4. Add Hair oils: God to apply hair oils before washing your hair. One must always include castor, tea tree, jojoba , coconut, olive oil etc. to your hair for extra nourishment. Experts recommend to add Vital oils which is rich in all nutrients for your hair growth

5. Treat yourself: Treat yourself with the best product available in the market and make sure whatever your chose should be recommended to nourish your hair right from the root to the extreme tip.
